- builds patience and energy for your day’s endeavors.
- is by far the healthiest way to a restful sleep.
You can be a complete beginner and weary with your body. It’s ok. I will meld a practice for you.
You can be a Type A gym rat…and completely inflexible. That’s ok too. I will create a challenge for you, while helping your strong muscles to lengthen and relax.
