Yoga for All

The hardest part about yoga: signing up! Our brain gives us a million reasons why yoga is not for us…but that little voice, the one that brought you to my website and THIS page…well, she knows best.

The yoga I teach:

Through yoga, connect your thoughts with your body, your breath with your movements and your heart with all of what you do, off and on the mat. (I nursed this rosebush to back to health for seven years, because my dad had given it to me. He was my first true "yoga" teacher, the biggest example of integrity, honesty and intelligence.)

  • is by far the healthiest way to a restful sleep.

You can be a complete beginner and weary with your body. It’s ok. I will meld a practice for you.

You can be a Type A gym rat…and completely inflexible. That’s ok too. I will create a challenge for you, while helping your strong muscles to lengthen and relax.
