NO! Don’t worry. I won’t have you hanging upside down!! I wanted to show you how healing Yoga can be. I had been stuck in bed with an ice machine (add two children and a village of girlfriends helping me…) Do you see the pain from my sprained ACL? or the black brace over my right knee? maybe the crutches I hobbled to class on? This image is my reminder of how Yoga, when it is practiced safely and properly, is the most healing form of body movement.
